Widex Beyond Hearing Aids
Widex Beyond Hearing Aids Sydney

Released in March 2017, the Beyond hearing aid represents the latest technology from Widex. The Beyond is a Made for iPhone hearing aid which allows you to stream audio directly from your iPhone or iPad directly into your Beyond hearing aids without the need for additional accessories. The Widex Beyond smartphone app available for iPhone or Android lets you control the output of your hearing aids directly from your smartphone.
All Widex Beyond hearing aids come with the proven sound processing system called Sound Class Technology. This system automatically divides listening environments into distinct sound classes, which means the hearing aid is automatically selecting the most appropriate setting for each environment.

Widex Unique 440 Passion

Widex Sound Class Technology in Beyond and Unique™

At the core of every hearing aid by Widex is their brand new sound processing system called Sound Class technology. This system automatically divides listening environments into distinct sound classes, which means the hearing aid is automatically selecting the most appropriate setting for each environment.
The Sound Class technology then further analyses the environment and determines whether there is a prominent speech signal. When speech is detected the system optimises for audibility. Whereas, if there is no speech detected, the system optimises for comfort. All these changes occur automatically and seamlessly.
