The Silk Nx CROS device costs $900 and must be fitted with a Silk Nx system (of any technology level – see above) in the better ear.

The Silk Nx is a ‘ready to wear’ instant fit solution thanks to the innovative Click Sleeve system that does not require an ear impression. The Click Sleeves are available in a range of sizes to fit even the smallest ear canal. They are a made of a highly durable silicone material to ensure maximum comfort and retention in the ear.

To ensure maximum hygiene and hearing ability they are a disposable item that can be easily changed by the wearer.

However, if you would prefer to have Silk Nx technology in a conventional custom made shell instead of the Click Sleeve system, this can be easily arranged.

 

The touchControl app is a free app available to both iPhone and Android users. It allows you to discreetly adjust the volume or change programs of the Silk Nx hearing aids at the touch of a button.
